At SwtpHair, we strive to provide high-quality hair extensions and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the hygiene and quality of our products, we accept returns and exchanges only if the following conditions are met:
Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including labels and security ties).
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on clearance or custom orders.

To request a return or exchange, please email [Swtphair@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Final Sale Items

All custom orders, clearance items, and hair care products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
