Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (U.S. orders).

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (U.S. orders).

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and can take 7-14 business days.

Note: Processing times may be longer during sales, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

▪︎Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier.

  • SwtpHair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered packages.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
